I’m offering 1 of 3 different options detailed below. With each of these programs, I’ll provide a detailed questionnaire for you to fill out prior to your start date.
Online Nutrition Coaching:
Based on your goals and information that you provide, I’ll create a set of individualized macros for you. Each week you’ll be able to check in with me where we’ll look at your progress. I’ll review your daily macros, your notes about how your week went and any questions or concerns you have and I’ll make adjustments as needed for the new week ahead. I’m always just an email away to support you on your journey to better health!
Online Fitness and Nutrition Coaching:
Along with Nutrition Coaching, I’ll also incorporate 3 workouts per week, specifically designed to fit your needs that you’ll complete in the comfort of your own home! We’ll go through the exercises and I’ll provide videos as needed to ensure proper movement. As always, I’m just an email away should you need extra support!
In Person Fitness and Nutrition Coaching:
This program is for locals that would like more in-depth training. You’ll be able to take advantage of all the Online Nutrition and Fitness Coaching with the added benefit of meeting with me in my home gym twice a week where you can train with me in person. We’ll do 2 in-person training sessions and you’ll have 1 workout to do on your own as your time allows.
Learning new habits and developing a healthier lifestyle is something that takes time and practice.
To allow adequate time for this, each of these programs requires a 4 Month time commitment. You can choose to pay monthly or you can pay in full with a 5% discount. Contact me for pricing.
