Do you struggle getting your fruits and veggies in? I used to, but now that I log my food & keep track of my macros, it’s a little easier. I found this recipe awhile ago and I modified it a little, because I like mine a little sweeter. Sweets are my nemesis, but we all have our struggles, right?! Anyway, it’s really good & super easy. If you’ve been reading my blog, you know I’m ALL about easy, lol!
Here’s what you’ll need to throw this together:
5 clementine oranges, peeled & separated
2 pears, cored & sliced
2 apples, cored & sliced
1 pomegranate, seeded (tip: I buy these already seeded)
4 kiwis, peeled & sliced
Lemon Lime Syrup:
3 Tbsp honey
1-2 packets of stevia
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Combine all the fruit & drizzle with syrup.
Done & Done! Enjoy!
