Remember I told you I was adding something new to my overnight oats? Well, I’ve seen some recipes lately that include greek yogurt so I thought I’d give it a try. Adding greek yogurt does a couple of things:
- It adds protein which is a plus for me, as I’m always trying to figure out ways to get more protein in my diet.
- It completely changes the texture of overnight oats. This could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your tastes. The greek yogurt really does make it very creamy. I liked it but since I REALLY love the texture of regular overnight oats, I’m not sure I’d fix it this way every time. I think when I want to switch things up a bit or I just need the protein is when I’ll opt for this recipe.

2/3 C Unsweetened Almond Milk

-To get even more protein, you can add a scoop of vanilla protein powder. That will give you about an extra 10g of protein.
