Never Miss a Monday!

It’s a new week, time to get after it! This is such a simple and great workout! It can be modified to any level of fitness. I always kind of cringe at the workouts on the board that “look” simple. Yeah, it’s simple but it gets dicey REALLY quick. But if you want a good workout this will fit the bill. Make sure you warm up before you start and you might want to get some poker chips to keep track of how many rounds you complete. This is also a great one for seeing your growth. Do this one over and over every few months and track your rounds. You’ll love it when you see your progress!

20 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

Modifications:

Pullups: Banded pull ups, jumping pull ups, TRX or Ring pull ups from the floor, dumbbell low rows.

Pushups: pushups from the knees, standing wall push ups

Air squats: air squats to a box, squats with support
