Round 1:
Then: rest 1 minute
Round 2:
20 seconds-Burpees
10 seconds-rest
20 seconds-Flutter Kicks
10 seconds-rest
Repeat for 4 minutes
Then: rest 1 minute
Round 3:
20 seconds-Mountain Climbers
10 seconds-rest
20 seconds-Air Squats
10 seconds-rest
Repeat for 4 minutes
Then: rest 1 minute
Repeat for 4 minutes
