Homemade Granola

One of the things I love about my gym is that we all love to eat good food! We’re always trying new things, sharing recipes and even bringing in treats for each other to try out.  This is one of our girls Homemade Granola recipe. It’s so good and easy to put together that I asked Maria if I could share it with you!!

So here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 ½ cup Oats
  • ½ cup Coconut Flakes
  • ½ cup Slivered raw Almonds
  • ½ cup Pecan Halves
  • ½ cup Walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar ( I used Monkfruit)
  • ¼ Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • Optional: ¼ cup Dried Fruit

Directions:

-Mix all your dry ingredients together

-Mix wet ingredients together, then combine both.

-Spread out granola on a large cookie sheet.

-Bake on 325 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping the granola about every 5-7 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
