Happy Wednesday! How’s your week going? I don’t know about you but I feel like life has been moving at high speed lately. Sometimes I’m not totally sure if I’m coming or going. If that’s you too and you just can’t get to the gym as much as you’d like, here’s a simple workout you can do at home or almost anywhere for that matter. You can get this in without any equipment whatsoever and you can adjust the volume based on how much time you have.
2-4 Rounds for Time:
5 push ups
10 sit ups
15 squats
20 burpees
If you can’t get to the gym, give this a try and let me know how it goes! Click on each movement for a demo (sit ups can be performed with or without an abmat). Remember, you can modify every movement to your ability. If you have questions about that, shoot me an email and I’ll be happy to help!
