These are so good! I found this recipe from Unbound Wellness and then made a few substitutions to make it work for my macros. Click the link to check out her blog. She’s got tons of great recipes to try!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb raw ground turkey
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix everything together well and roll mixture into small poppers and slightly flatten them.
- Bake for 17-18 minutes and then flip them and bake for another 15-16 minutes.
- Pop them under the broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp them up if you like.
- Take them out and serve them with your favorite dipping sauce! I love mine with Opa Ranch Dressing

NOTES:
-You can use ground turkey or chicken.
-I was out of dill so instead of using individual spices I used a packet of dry ranch seasoning. It worked well! Enjoy!!
